How to claim your refund^:
- Before submitting a claim, you will need to visit your eye care professional to discuss your dissatisfaction with the contact lenses, as it may be related to your eye health or vision.
- If after speaking with your eye care professional, you still wish to claim for a refund, handle the completed claim form to your eye care professional together with your original receipt and any unused contact lenses left in the pack as detailed in the Terms and Conditions.
- Your eye care professional will need to validate your claim form with their stamp, date and signature in the allocated box.
